What You Will Do:

- Lead the development of Guidehouse's market presence by actively participating in business origination activities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.

- Spearhead the origination of new business opportunities by identifying and engaging potential clients, leading sales pitches, and speaking at and participating in conferences.

- Provide subject matter expertise in fraud prevention, bribery & corruption and tax evasion, delivering innovative solutions tailored to the energy and life sciences sectors.

- Manage client assignments, work streams, and projects, ensuring successful and high-quality delivery.

- Collaborate with internal sector teams to deliver comprehensive consulting services that leverage cross-functional expertise for holistic client solutions.

- Display exceptional communication skills, clearly conveying complex ideas to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through both written and oral presentations.

- Lead and manage teams effectively, demonstrating strong people leadership abilities, project management skills, and the capacity to handle demanding stakeholders and multiple work streams.

What You Will Need:

- A deep passion for combating fraud, bribery & corruption, and tax evasion in the energy and life sciences sectors.

- Strong sales track record including origination of new opportunities and drafting the sector business strategy for FFI.

- Strong critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.

- Proficiency in communicating confidently and effectively, establishing credibility with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent writing skills and fluency in English, capable of articulating technical findings in presentations and reports in legal proceedings.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams, engaging colleagues at all levels.

- Extensive track record of leading and managing teams, projects, and stakeholders effectively.

- Previous experience in a leadership role at a reputable advisory firm (Big 4, mid-tier, or similar consultancy firms).

- Extensive subject matter expertise in anti-fraud, anti-bribery & corruption, and anti-tax evasion services, encompassing risk management and investigations.

- In-depth knowledge of investigations and risk management processes, coupled with an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

- Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for clients' risk management challenges, such as enterprise-wide risk assessments and gap analyses.

- Experience designing and delivering training programs on detection, prevention, and reporting mechanisms for clients' employees.

- Proficiency in scoping projects, setting budgets and developing new methodologies.

- Strong understanding of technology's role in combating financial crime, including new technology solutions.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

- Professional accounting qualification or substantial experience in consultancy within the energy and life sciences sectors. Candidates with strengths in one sector and transferable skills to the other will also be considered.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
