Digital Print Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain wide format printing and laminating machines.Set up and calibrate printing machines according to job specifications.In depth use of Print Rip software Monitor and adjust print quality using appropriate tools and techniques.Ensure the proper loading of printing materials, ink, and other necessary supplies into the printing machines.Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing equipment to minimise downtime.Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing machines to ensure optimal performance.Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.Keep accurate records of print jobs, including quantities produced and materials usedFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Print Machine Operator or in a similar role(preferred).Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.Strong attention to detail and precision.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a timely manner.Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines.Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials required.Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a production environment.
