Here at Pukka Pads, we are recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our small but friendly team in Poole.

This is a full-time office-based position!

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team, your main objective is to maximize growth on selected E-commerce channels through outstanding commercial planning, analysis, creative thinking, and executions.

You will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services. The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible and manage the companies Google Ads account, including creating campaigns and monitoring the success of those.Identify and update our sites with the latest SEO practices to ensure optimum visibility.Develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals, and work with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are aligned.Manage, create and execute visually appealing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, search engines, and display advertisingOptimize product listings for better visibility, conversion rates and sales performanceMeasure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and web development, to produce engaging content and optimize user experienceStay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologiesCreate and maintain knowledge of our customers/site visitors, their behaviours, and the broader competitive landscape.Monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify optimization opportunities.Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs.Stay up to date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
