They are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to look after digital strategy and be fully accountable for building the renewable energy brand, driving lead generation and improving customer journey through testing and measuring results!

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will
Create and and implement the website, email, and social media channelsAnalyse customer data to identify and design strategies to maximise customer engagement always being customer focused, creating and delivering engaging, results driven brand campaigns from welcome through to nurture and cross sell, across all available channelsAnalyse campaign and channel performance using analytics tools and make data–driven decisions to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition costsExecute digital marketing strategies to generate high–quality leads through online channels (SEO, PPC, Remarketing email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.)Lead website development and updates, supporting the other Marketing ManagerWork closely with internal teams and stakeholders educating and positively influencing digital activityMaintain an in–depth understanding of customers through customer insight, customer needs, buying behaviour, competitors and strategic positioning, and use this to develop effective strategies You will need
Experience of creating and executing marketing plans and presentationsCommerciality and project management skillsBudget management experienceStrong understanding of key content marketing principles including research, audience, storytelling, content ideation and strategy.B2C experience or B2B Ecom experience The business is based in a spacious modern office in Birchwood, they offer hybrid working and flexi time, have a ping pong table, top notch coffee machine, a canteen, free onsite parking, and the team get on like a house on fire but get the job done
