We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help us grow our online presence and sales. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing various digital marketing campaigns across different channels, such as web, social media, email and search engines.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with the marketing team, supporting teams and external partners to launch effective and innovative campaigns that align with our business goals and brand identity. You will also monitor and analyse the performance of the campaigns using various web analytics tools and provide reports and insights to senior management.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of current marketing trends and tools and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You should also have excellent communication, collaboration and problem–solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including web design and content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising– Manage and maintain our online platforms, such as website, blog, social media accounts and e–commerce site– Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager– Identify trends and insights and optimise campaigns based on the data– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and test new ideas– Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development and customer service, to create landing pages and optimise user experience– Coordinate with external partners, such as media agencies, influencers and bloggers, to increase brand awareness and reach new audiences– Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate

Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field (Desirable)– Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a B2C or B2B environment– Demonstrable experience in designing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels– Proficient in using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager– Highly creative with a keen eye for design and detail– Excellent written and verbal communication skills– Strong teamwork and leadership skills– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously– Up–to–date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
