Digital Marketing Executive

We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a leading business as a Digital Marketing Executive based in the heart of Harrogate.

As Digital Marketing Executive your primary responsibility will be to support the Marketing Manager, meanwhile have full responsibility for the delivery of the digital marketing, PR and social media.

This is a part-time position, 30 hours across 5 days with a salary of GBP21,000 plus excellent benefits including, higher level pension contribution, 20 days annual leave + stats, free meals, free parking and casual dress.

Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities include:

Day to day management of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. Create and post engaging content across all channels and social media platforms, Work alongside an International social media agency, creating content for translation and posting on International social media channels. Manage and implement the businesses content calendar ensuring that the messaging aligns with the businesses values and core messages. Monitor, analyse and report of the businesses social media engagement. Research, write and distribute press releases and pitch to relevant journalists with a focus on local and regional titles plus national publications in relevant sectors. Day to day management of the businesses website content, SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social advertising campaigns. Research, write and publish content for the website using the CMS system. Monitor, analyse and report on SEO positions and on-line advertising campaigns results. Research, write and create (via MailChimp) e-newsletters targeted at prospects. Work alongside external videographers to create video content. Candidate Requirements

A degree level or equivalent qualification in either Marketing, Digital Marketing or PR Significant experience of implementing PR, Media Relations and Social Media campaigns Extensive experience implementing digital marketing campaigns, writing, managing web content, SEO and Paid search. Experience of producing content for a wide range of marketing related activities such as brochures, magazines and e-marketing. Experience of creating video content for social media and managing video projects undertaken by third party videographers. This exciting position is well suited to candidates with a great passion and knowledge for marketing, outstanding copywriting skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and have excellent organisational and proof-reading skills.
