Experis are delighted to be working with a very sought-after tech-for-good agency whose projects revolve around the environment. They need a Digital Business Analyst to come in and help across multiple projects, with the process being a 2-stage interview done remotely.

The role could be anything from planning, designing, and preparing a range of research activities within the digital arm of the business, to communicating your findings; everyday there will be something new to be working on. It will be perfect for a researcher who has plenty of Government or Public Sector experience.

Role: Business Analyst

Rate: 550 - 600 p/d

Location: Remote with occasional site visits.

Duration: 6 months initial - highly likely to extend

Start date: ASAP

Main responsibilities

Plan, design and prepare a range of Business analysis activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of a project or programme of work.Carry out a wide range of BA activities from engaging business stakeholders, preparing discussion guides, and moderating research sessions.Lead colleagues to analyse research data and develop clear and pratical findings. This will include working closely with analytics colleagues to create a rich picture of user behaviour.Communicate findings to help the team and wider organisation develop a deep understanding of users and their needs.Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to turn findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product and service features.Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will:

Experience of managing, executing, and analysing research sessions.Demonstrable knowledge of, and passion for, user-centred design practices for both public facing and internal services.Proven experience of eliciting business and user needs for products and services.Knowledge of (url removed) and Government Digital Service Standards is absolutely necessary for this role.If you are interested please do apply with your latest CV for an immediate review
