Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing. This role involves managing client relationships, developing and executing digital strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns.
We would expect the applicant to be in the office Tuesday to Thursday each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with clients in the financial services and B2B sectors.
Understand client objectives, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital solutions.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing objectives and develop comprehensive campaign strategies.
Work closely with internal teams to create and implement effective digital marketing plans aligned with client goals.
Campaign Execution and Optimisation:
Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets efficiently, making data-driven decisions to maximise ROI.
Provide clients with regular updates on budget utilisation and recommend adjustments as needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate insightful performance reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights to clients.
Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and advancements in the financial services and B2B sectors.
Share industry insights with clients to position them as leaders in their respective fields.
