This is a unique piece of dholak (Bollywood Style), was specially made by a craftsman in Mumbai/India for a professional artist who came to perform concerts in UK.

The wood which is used is Beeyu a rare solid wood with French varnished which gives a unique resonance and sounds of treble and bass.

The skins are of top quality, specially the Bass skin which is treated with black skin polish well seasoned, each costing around £50

The keys, nuts and bolts are chrome gold plated with a dholak rope fitting for fantastic sound.

A good player and performer will definitely appreciate this unique instrument which comes with its own padded case.
