Execute product development plans with clear timelines to completion. Maintain clear records on RMs stock keeping, carry out COSHH risk assessment, as necessary. Develop product concepts based around current and upcoming market trends to be used at trade shows and conferences to promote the Crafted brand and business. Building strong relationships with current and new suppliers. Prepare Technical Dossiers for scale up and handover to operators in the plant ready for manufacture. Problem solve within formulation design to overcome any issues experienced both in development and scale up. Conduct all work according to GLP, GMP, QMS practice and supervise technical team when needed.To be considered for this Development Chemist role, you will need to have the following: Batchelor's or MSc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, regulations and industry trends 2 years' experience in a similar role Motivated and ambitious personality It would be a bonus if you have an SCS DiplomaABOUT THE COMPANYOur client works with personal care and home care start–ups as well as established brands to help them realise their brand ambitions.
