Do you have experience of preparing for external audits for Development (Construction) accounting?
Do you have an understanding and good knowledge of Housing SORP and FRS 102?
If so then this could be a great opportunity for you to join our team!
We're looking for someone with experience of delivering the year end process to be the main point of contact for auditors. With acute attention to detail and strong investigatory skills you'll provide timely, robust and insightful financial information for Development projects and deliver in a timely manner on key work streams of Development Accounting and Reporting, including;
Internal & Year End Audit and Statutory Accounts
Management Reporting and Accounting
Maintenance of Sub Ledger for Projects
As a part-qualified accountant with relevant financial accounting experience you'll have a demonstrable commitment to achieving excellent customer service together with strong communication skills. With excellent organisation and time management skills you'll take a proactive approach to all duties, escalating matters as required and ensuring that any concerns raised from internal or external sources are satisfactorily resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and a proven track record in the use of integrated computerised accounting systems then we want to hear from you now.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in More London Place. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
Occasional travel may be required.
