Despatch Supervisor Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting for a permanent Despatch Supervisor on behalf of a successful light engineering company in Telford. This new position is working on a day shift, Monday to Friday. This is a hands-on role that also requites a strong level of organisation and in time supervisory skills.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

Organising the despatch function including load management and the small despatch team Controlling the relevant paperwork Checking loads Liaising closely with Transport & production management

You must be physically fit, have a stable work history, be reliable and hard work. You will also have experience working in a similar role (including supervisory experience), be well organised and be IT literate.

Salary will be dependent on experience, circa GBP30,000 - GBP35,000 per annum (DOE).

The site is accessible on public transport to people living in Telford, but is also accessible to you if you live in Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Telford, Perton, Walsall etc
