Perform self-verification of own tasks and undertake cross checking of other draughtspersons workProduce and develop designs in line with specifications and all quality and technical standards, and carry out detail design appraisals in assigned areas to ensure all standards are maintainedCarry out investigations into operational problems or developments and develop and prepare solutions, individually or as a member of a teamKeep up to date in relevant technical areas, develop skills and capabilities to be able to provide more effective servicesBe cognisant of assigned budgetsAct as a member of a technical team created to accomplish tasks of a specialist natureKey Skills

Typically HNC/HND qualified, likely to be in a technology, engineering or science related disciplineAble to perform analysis using recognised draughting and analytical tools and to make sound judgementsUnderstanding of Lifecycle ManagementTypically 2 Years experience in engineering or a defence or related industryThis role requires you to obtain a basic disclosure along with employment reference checks before starting.

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
