Rullion are looking to recruit for the following Role:

Design Engineer (Fire Systems) with CCTV.

Location : Knightsbridge , London UK.

ASAP Start

Duration - Initially 6 months (Possible rolling until May 2025)

Rate : Inside IR Per day

Shift 7am-3pm (Some remote working can be available but mostly on site)

Duties:

Work with Customer, Consultants, Sales and Project Managers to deliver Life Safety System designs for a range of project varying in size and complexity.Liase throughout the project to ensure all revisions and variations are captured and documented throughout the design process.Ensure any deviation from BS5839 is documented and agreed with consultants and end usersUpdate all documentation in line with deign activities, ensure all drawings acuate and issues to the customer and operations team in a timely fashion.Manage the post order design process from sales handover to completion, ensuring all documentation/drawings/calculations are produced/recorded and reported in line with company standards.Support sales activities in providing technical assistance and surveys.Develop and maintain effective Client relationships and assist in gaining future work by relaying leads.Comply with policies relating to Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Technical Compliance issues that affect the customer and employees.Essential:

Previous design experience and technical understanding of life safety systems with a proven ability to professionally document, illustrate and present detailed fire and security system designs with in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards: BS5839.
