In your first few weeks in this Deputy Manager role, you can expect to:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated care professionals to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care is deliveredWork closely with the Manager to uphold and enhance the quality of care provided to residents, promoting their well-being and ensuring their individual needs are metEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staffSupport the training and development of care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
