Position: Deputy Home Manager (Registered Nurse)

Pay Rate: 25 per hour (negotiable) Earn up to 58,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits!

Location: London

Hours: 35-40 hours available, supernumerary shifts

Responsibilities as a deputy home manager:

Supervise the home, staff, and residents ensuring exceptional care delivery.

Motivate and manage staff, delegating tasks efficiently.

Report to the registered manager, handling incidents and emergencies.

Act as a stand-in for the registered manager when necessary.

Maintain accurate stock control and oversee budget management.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with CQC standards.
