We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Berkhamsted Schools Group as the Deputy Head of Teaching, Learning & Digital Innovation. The successful applicant will lead the school's Teaching and Learning strategy, drive the development of pedagogy, and make Berkhamsted a remarkable place to learn and teach.

The role involves the oversight of our teacher induction programmes (including our PGCE and ECT provision) and line management of one third of the Academic Department Heads.

Strong emergent leadership experience and skills are necessary, as well as having first class people management, administrative, and public speaking skills.
