The Care Navigator will be based in Bristol Office but able to cover different locations Bath, and North Somerset (mileage is paid GBP0,45), when is required.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Deputy Care Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager with all aspects of the Care Management.You will ensure the delivery of high–quality care in line with both company and CQC guidelines.To be actively engaged with service users and staff, continuously seeking opportunities for improvements to service user's lifestyles.As a Deputy Care Manager, you will be able to demonstrate effective managementProvide support and supervision to their team members and act as a role model for them so that they are encouraged to understand the people they are supporting.As a Deputy Care Manager, you will ensure that health and safety practices are maintained to a high standard, that regular checks are carried out in accordance with legislation and policies, and procedures.
