Your Company:A market leading HVAC business has partnered with the team at NET Recruit, to assist them on their search for a knowledgeable Test Technician to join their Bradford based depot. As the business has grown over the last few decades, delivering the highest quality products and services to its customers has become a top–most priority.The business has grown specifically within the rental and hire markets for the heating, cooling and air conditioning sectors, developing various service lines to cover their customers in times of need. The position holder will have responsibility for the maintenance and testing of the equipment and parts that this business sends to customers, ensuring that the products are up to scratch, well maintained and fit the specification that is required of them.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to: Completing the test equipment and products for the hire team Ensuring that routine cleaning and maintenance is completed on the equipment and that checks are also done When required, customising the equipment to match the needs and specification of the rental needs of the customer, including preparing ancillary equipment to meet customer orders Following Health & Safety regulations at all times and ensuring housekeeping rules are adhered to When appropriate, highlighting any repairs that need to be done before the equipment can be used by customersWhat you will need to Apply:Applicants for this role should have good experience gained within a HVAC business, ideally within a similar testing role. To fully integrate into the team, you should also have excellent people management and communication skills and be proficient at managing your own workload. Strong computer skills will also be beneficial for this position. Forklift driving/operating experience is desired for this role, although full training will be provided regardless.What you will get in Return:The business is offering the successful candidate, a potential starting salary in the region of GBP35,000, which will of course be highly dependent on previous experience and product knowledge that can be applied while in the role.
