Then this could be the perfect role for you We have a new opportunity for a Demand Planner Administrator to be based in our Exeter office. Reporting it the Head of Customer Fulfilment you will be responsible processing, progressing and updating customer sales orders, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time.
You don't need to have direct demand planning experience to apply, however you will be an individual that has a good understanding of supply chain principles, is capable of learning quickly, is driven by KPI's and has excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to challenge.

Job Opportunity What you will be doing:
Orderbook management, responsible for monitoring and managing specific customers and products and collaborating with procurement, production, logistics to ensure any issues/delays minimized.Respond and resolve customer issues and enquiries relating to orders and stock demand and supply.Communicate closely with colleagues, ensuring required equipment is produced and dispatched when required.Variety of administration-based duties in line with business needs.To ensure that all agreed service levels are achieved and maintained with no interruption to any essential projects or jobs.Planning and prioritising with the ability to achieve results quickly, safely and in line with budget.Progress chase other departments in an effective manner including Production, Procurement, Goods-in and Dispatch in order to resolve customer queries.Achieve KPI targets and other identified value adding activities as agreed with Customer Fulfilment.Able to effectively manage expectations of key individuals.Ensure that the IT system is maintained accurately and efficiently.
