Brook Street in Glasgow is currently looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join a small team of 3 and hit the ground running. Day to day duties will include candidate onboarding, client visits, client meetings, discussing recruitment needs with stakeholders as well as candidate marketing including sourcing candidates and posting advertisements. This role would suit an enthusiastic individual from customer service and administrative background who is looking for a career change and ready to hit the ground running in the world of recruitment.

The role

Candidate marketing, sourcing and onboarding.Client visits in and around Glasgow.Relationship building with candidates and clients.Communicating with stakeholders to discuss recruitment needs.Working independently as well as within a team setting.Working towards KPI targets and deadlines.Employee in role management - dealing with candidate queries.Absence management.
