Delivery Project Manager

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional services? Havering Council is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Delivery Project Manager within the Housing Property Services Major Works and Direct Delivery Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a diverse team including Clerk of Works, Quantity Surveyors, Resident Liaison Officers, and external contractors to execute planned works and improvements to the Housing stock, as well as new build programs.Report directly to the Senior Project Manager, contributing to the success of the HRA Planned Works programme.Manage an individual case load, overseeing projects from consultation to completion.Provide responsive services to Havering residents regarding refurbishment, reinvestment, and new build schemes.Undertake tasks such as appointing consultants, project management, contract administration, and ensuring health and safety compliance.Hold budget management responsibility for assigned projects.Monitor and manage performance to uphold high resident satisfaction and meet established standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management within a housing or construction environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and take ownership of individual projects.Familiarity with budget management and adherence to health and safety standards.Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal office hours.
