Job Title: Delivery Consultant

Salary: Your first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE) will typically reach GBP30,000-GBP35,000 dependent on performance, and your second-year OTE might soar to an impressive GBP35,000-GBP50,000. First year basic salary will be between GBP23,500 - GBP24,960 per annum.

Location: Fair Oak, Eastleigh, please note you will need to be able to drive due to the location of the office (public transport is limited)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent position from Monday to Friday. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of working from home one day a week after a successful probation period. The rest of the time we prefer to be in the office where we can push each other, learn from each other and celebrate the wins in person!

Prior recruitment or sales experience is not a requirement for this role. The successful applicant will show all the right attitudes and mindsets, including a willingness to learn and grow, to perform to the best of your ability and want to be a success. This is a target-based role and significant financial rewards are directly linked to efforts and successes.

Role Description:

The main function of this role is to identify and attract suitable and engaged candidates to our client base.

This role will involve extensive research for suitable candidates on a range of different databases including online job boards as well as our own database. The role will then switch to the proactive process of contacting target candidates via phone, email, WhatsApp and direct messaging via social media to encourage them to engage with us and help them achieve their own career objectives.

A key aim of our business is to further the careers and lives of individual professionals by understanding their personal goals and then advising, coaching, mentoring and placing them into their ideal roles, in exchange for a fee from the client.

A Delivery Consultants are responsible for the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidate to placement with existing client base, engaging directly with both candidate and Client.
