Single Homeless Project has a new opportunity for a Day Concierge/Assistant to join and work in our team supporting vulnerable young people in Lewisham. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of GBP23,577.27 per annum.

About the Day Concierge/Assistant role:

Do you enjoy being front of house, have great customer service skills and a passion for working in an environment supporting vulnerable young people?

The role of the Day Concierge/Assistant is a key one, in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the services in conjunction with the Duty worker. As the first point of contact over the telephone and face to face for clients and stakeholders, you will represent the service as the front of house liaison.

Our Young Persons Accommodation Pathway is a cluster of services providing support and accommodation to young people (16- 25). The accommodation and support provided to young people within the pathway, will ensure young people have a place to call home they can attach to, learn independent living skills, develop aspirations and move into independent living.

Previous experience of the sector is not required as this role provides a great opportunity to learn on the job. Also, within the team there is a wealth of information that can be drawn from, and training will be provided.

The role will require you to work in shifts, that could be early or afternoon/evening cover from Sunday to Saturday.
