What you'll be doing:
- Create compelling visualisations and reports using a strong understanding of applied User Experience principles, translating complex data into understandable information to support business decisions at all levels.
- Generation and maintenance of robust and quality datasets as well as building a clear understanding of the overall Change data architecture.
- Work proactively with stakeholders to understand opportunities for analytics to add value, taking a business partnering approach to add maximum value.
- Quality assurance; ensuring consistency of style, content and quality of key outputs such as Portfolio level plans, resource plans, RAID logs and benefit plans. Be involved in Project and Portfolio health checks as directed.
- Day-to-day management of the secure files in various SharePoint sites and filing of key portfolio/programme documentation in all central repositories available to the full portfolio team. - Assist in requesting and setting up new sites as needed.
- Participate in the development and ongoing maintenance/improvement of PMO collateral, tools and templates, reporting, tools, documentation, processes and other artefacts.
- Monitor the project toolkit for changes in templates, documents and processes. Recommend changes and occasionally implement them.
- Support collation and reporting of lessons learned across the Enterprise Change portfolio.
What does it take to be successful?
- Strong data and analytical capability
- Proficient in the use of M365 capability including PowerBI, SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in an Agile or Hybrid PMO would be valuable
- Confident in the use of building metrics and measures
- PMO Analyst Experience.
