Role:
My clients Billing Team are currently recruiting for a reliable Data Administrator – New Accounts to join their friendly and highly skilled team. Internally this role is known as a New Accounts Facilitator. This role will be based in central Bristol. As a Data Administrator – New Accounts your key focus will be opening all new and additional account requests in a timely and efficient manner whilst ensuring all of the information on applications is completed and correct and that authorised signatures have been received.
Responsibilities:
Activate accounts on legacy systems when appropriateReview information available on upgrade requestsResolve queries liaising with Sales teamComplete the Supplier Watch report daily/ weeklySet payment terms for new accountsManage the assigned work pool station: Pre credit check, New Accounts email pot, awaiting account number insert and Additional account potCredit check applications using nominated credit agencies in line with company policiesAdvise Litigation Team Leader on any issues or discrepancies on rejected credit checksData input of credit applications details onto legacy systems to generate account numbers and activate account where necessaryDiscuss account applications and rejections with Sales representatives Key Skills/Experience Required:
Experience of managing a complex and demanding workloadAbility to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant informationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clientsGood written communication skills with a strong attention to detailAdvanced IT skills
