What to expect on-site

Excellent craft beer pub and bar located in the heart of Shoreditch. The site can be used as a cloud/dark kitchen, on-site residency and a central production unit.

The site has a great selection of craft ales and beers and would suit an on site vendor that does burgers or grab and go style cuisine. The on site sales are below £3k per week and as such, the business licensing this kitchen would need to do deliveries (Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats) to focus. Landlord would like a grab and go / small plates offering.

The sites kitchen is on the first floor and also has office space available for an additional cost. Separate prep room and washroom too. Single phase power but there is gas available.
