For sale is my 2013 Dacia Sandero Ambience 1.2 litre petrol manual, which has covered only 52,942 miles. The car has full service history, was last serviced less than 1,800 miles ago, has 11 months MOT (Nov. 2024), and fuel economy is around 50 mpg. This car is VERY low on insurance (group 2) which is also good for new drivers, and it has a high 4/5 EURO NCAP safety rating.

In case you did not already realise, Dacia are owned by Renault and are sold around the world. They are built to be simplistic yet rugged, tough, and reliable, and are excellent value for money. They are easy and cheap to maintain when needed. The 1.2 litre engine is the same very dependable one from the Renault Clio.

This car has been very well maintained, and its 1.2 litre engine starts and idles perfectly from cold, and runs and revs smoothly. There are zero tapping or rattling noises etc from the motor and it drives very well.

Previously it was owned by a family who had bought it for their daughter and they wanted to make sure it was reliable and safe, so it was throughly checked over and maintained. It was sold only because she was going to university.

There are no noises or rattles from the suspension or chassis, and it drives/brakes/steers perfectly with no ‘looseness’ to anything. It has a nice light clutch and slick manual gearbox that goes into each easily. There is lots of life left in the clutch too. The car was last serviced less than 1,800 miles ago, so it will not need doing for a while.

The tyres have lots of tread, which is good for the winter months, and the car brakes perfect straight and very positively.

The MOT history is exceptionally clean, with only one single advisory in all the available online MOT checks (in 2022 for a nail in one tyre)!

The cabin of the car is in great condition with no stains or tears on any of the seats, and the dash and centre console are in great shape too with no heavy scratches or scuffs. All the controls and buttons work as they should. The only one mark is a small hole in the driver’s seat fabric, which was dyed black so is not very noticeable.

There is a good amount of room inside the car, with a decent boot size, comfortable seats front and rear, and good head room.

Outside the car the bodywork has no dents and zero rust and the metallic blue paint has a deep shine to it. There is only one scuff on the rear bumper (see photo), which isn’t very noticeable from a few metres away.

This car has a Cat N insurance (non-structural) mark, but this was cosmetic damage only. A rear door was damaged and professionally resprayed.

Overall, this is a genuinely nice car with very low milage and it has clearly been well looked after by its 2 previous owners since new.
