Though heating/gas is on a card so we will split 50/50.

Very accessible to buses 10, 8, 9, and 27/26

30 min walk to city center, 15 min to Royal Hospital and 20/30 min to various universities

Also Lidl, Home bargain, Iceland, and loads of take away.

Note: I have two cats, one is scared so will just hide, other one is super friendly. Sorry no more animals can be added.
