We have an exciting position available for a Customer Voice Business Partner to join us!
Your role will focus on building a strong customer voice to shape the customer facing services. Developing an inclusive model which gives all our customers the opportunity to participate across a wide range of involvement methods from local engagement support through to our Customer Scrutiny Panel.
What we re looking for:
Understanding of regulatory requirements for customer involvement and scrutiny.
A passion and drive to provide great customer service and a proven track record within a customer service environment.
An understanding of social housing and or community development.
Build positive relationships with colleagues and have the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Experience of both formal and informal structures for engagement and governance advice.
Group facilitation skills; experience of running customer-based focus groups and workshops.
Experience of customer led design projects.
Outcome and solution focused with ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.
Experience reporting outcomes.
The ability to use IT software and packages proficiently.
