Our extremely friendly, membership company based in Lutterworth is seeking a pro-active, customer focused individual to join their expanding team.
Main tasks:
Implement effective customer on boarding process so trainees feel welcome and supported throughout the training process Contacting key customers on a regular basis to maintain excellent business relationships Dealing with enquiries via phone and email Managing formal complaints Reviewing and replying to customer feedback General admin duties Person Spec
At least 2 years experience of customer service in an office environment Must be passionate at giving the best customer service possible A team player is essential Must possess a pro-active , 'can do attitude' Possess the ability to build rapport quickly with customers Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
