I am looking for a Customer Service Officer to join my clients our growing business and provide exceptional service to our customers.
You will be responsible for:
Following up with customers to obtain order numbers for outstanding quotesAnswering phone calls and emails from customers and responding to their queriesProcessing orders and arranging site visits by engineersKeeping customers updated with the progress of their workResearching potential future customers and liaising with external sales staff to develop opportunitiesWorking with Purchasing and Logistics Departments to ensure workflow is maximised and costs minimised To be successful in this role, you will need:
