Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing overseas customers with product information in response to requests by email and telephone. (The majority of contact is through email)Responding to inbound telephone calls and LiveChat enquiresProviding German customers with quotations for productsAnswering queries in terms of stock, delivery times, accounts, and productionProcessing sales ordersRe-contacting enquirers to make sure they have received literature/quotations and whether they require further information prior to placing an orderChasing customer paymentsTranslating product sales literature and general documentsMonitoring lead times and deliveriesAbout you:
Trilingual / PolyglotFluent in either three languages; English, German, French, DutchStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfidence, charisma and keen to progress a long-term careerSome experience within a sales or customer service environment / familiar with client interactionsGood administrative, organisational and time management skillsGood team playerAbility to solve problemsCommercial awareness and professionalWilling to learnValid UK Driving Licence (Essential)Benefits:
