Our client is looking for a highly engaging and confident Customer Support Executive to join their busy, close knit team. Working to deliver excellent support, you will be liaising with customer via phone and email along with ensuring deadlines are met along with engaging in new ideas to provide a great customer experience.
The Customer Support Executive will:
Be a main a point of contact at the head office for customer needs
Take customer enquires via phone and email correspondence
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers both existing and new
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and enquiries
Ship/Post customer's orders via DHL
Help to develop internal company processes to ensure efficiency can be maintained
To be considered the Customer Support Executive will:
Be computer literate and be confident on Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Have fantastic customer service skill
Be an excellent communicator both written and verbal
Be confident and have a passion for customer service
