Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our forward–thinking team. You will be handling customer queries on a daily basis, managing the administration of those queries and providing support to your internal colleagues. All with the guidance of your manager.

The successful candidate must be competent on the phone speaking to people to gather information. The ideal candidate will build rapport with new people easily and have a 'can–do' attitude. You will understand the importance for outstanding customer service, quality and care, in line with our company values.

Responsible for outbound contact to new customers to arrange installation of smart meters via online booking systemsHandling inbound customer calls and providing customer supportResponding to website 'Live Chat' messagesLogging enquiries onto the relevant CRM systemsMaintaining company information in line with the general data protection regulationsManaging incoming meter readingsProviding administration support services to your colleaguesAdhering to internal processes and completing actions within company time frames Essential
