As Customer Support Advisor you will:
Build strong relationships with customers by offering support and adviceValidate information received from online questionnaires paying close attention to detailVerify various financial documentation, certifications, making sure that it is accurateMake 10-50 outbound warm calls a day to help guide customers through queriesAssist with general inbound phone cover to help with customer supportAccurately log and update customer records on the status of their questionnairesIdentify ways in which processes and procedures can be streamlined and made more efficientAs Customer Support Advisor you will have:
Previous experience in a customer service environmentWorking knowledge of data management and data analysisDemonstrable experience of process improvementProven track record of working to deadlines and targetsEducation to degree level (or equivalent) preferably in a technical or science disciplineAttention to detailDetailed working knowledge of Excel to Intermediate or Advanced levelArticulate with a confident telephone mannerStrong communicator, both written and verbal, with good interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing excellent customer service at all timesWe are looking for s start date of the 11th January 2024.Vibe Recruit is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
