Job Description for Customer Support Advisor:
Our client offers a specific service to organisations, offers great career options and an excellent, recently enhanced, benefits package.
They are looking to hire a Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team within a well established company.
The role is office based with the option to work from home for two days per week after the first 6 months.
The Role:
A varied role involving managing queries and complaints, handling reports and assisting customers with queries and questions. This will be handled mainly by inbound phone calls plus emails. Basic administration tasks, such as logging and posting Review customer reporting, identifying and correcting errors
Experience & Skills for the Customer Support Advisor role:
Candidates must have telephone based customer call handling experience Essential to be able to manage and handle large volumes of calls. Must have 5 years UK residency. Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with a rotating pattern
8.00am to 4.30pm 8.30am to 5.00pm 9.30am to 6.00pm. Benefits Package:
