Location: Guildford, Office –Based
Salary: GBP25,000– PLUS GBP1.000 Bonus, 25 days Holiday, Company Income Protection Scheme, Pension, full training, supportive team/ management!
Hours: Full–time / Monday –Friday

This role will role will encompass all elements of our customer journey, beginning with an initial enquiry and providing information on our products, to placing an order and on–wards to ensure the customer receives their product in a timely and efficient manner.
You will be managing all parts of the process and updating the customer to ensure we are the safe pair of hands they expect!
Sounds interesting what will my duties be
Answer telephone calls from wide ranging customer base and new or potential customersAssisting customers with extensive knowledge of our full product range (full training given)Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to as per a pre agreed Service Level AgreementManage a quote pipeline and feedback to management where possibleQualify leads and pass opportunities to the BDM teamKeep up to date with product knowledge and best uses of our products within our market sector, including information on our competitorsRespond to enquiries relating to deliveries and invoicing, including speaking with our couriers, warehouse teams and sending proof of deliveries/copy invoices where applicable Skills/ Requirements:
