We are currently seeking a detail–oriented and customer–focused individual to join our client's team as a Customer Support Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the customer support processes and delivering a first–class experience to their valued customers.
Description of the role:
Accurately input and manage data on the delivery portal to ensure timely and precise order processing.Communicate with customers by sending delivery confirmation emails, providing them with the necessary information about their orders.Handle online order entry tasks, including access checks and addressing stock issue queries promptly.Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.Coordinate and communicate with showrooms as needed to facilitate order fulfilment and address customer needs.Respond to incoming calls from customers, providing assistance or forwarding calls to the appropriate advisor or showroom.Strive to guarantee that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience with our products and services. About you:
