Our fantastic client, a successful, innovative and growing business in Oxford, are looking to add a Customer Support Advisor to join their validations team. You will be tasked to several cases per day, reading through the questionnaires and ensuring all the information is accurate. We are therefore looking for a candidate with a keen eye for details and demonstrable administration and customer services experience. Responsibilities will include: - Review online questionnaire and validate information received - Verify financial documents to ensure all information is accurate and in line with company guidelines - Contact customers to guide them through any queries related to the questionnaire - Accurately log and update customer records on the company CRM - Participate in team meetings in efforts to streamline processes - Build relationships with your customers offering support and guidance where necessary If you hold a degree qualification, this would be advantageous. However, attention to detail is key to success in the role. This is a full time hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
