As a Customer Support Administrator, you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Taking calls on behalf of our diverse range of clientsGathering accurate details and messages for call backsBooking appointments for customersTyping and recording information with precisionAssisting with various administrative tasksEngaging with clients through Live Chat To be successful in this role you must:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skillsAn excellent telephone manner with outstanding customer service abilitiesThe capability to deliver tasks within tight deadlinesA keen eye for detail and the ability to complete admin tasks accurately while following instructionsConfidence and the ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externallyInitiative to work independently and efficientlyThe capacity to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentThe ability to thrive under pressureWhile touch typing skills are preferred, they are not essential for this role. Hours Paperclip operate between 8am and 6pm daily. Shift patterns 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm Full time hours 42.5 per week
Full time: Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, 1 Sat per monthPart time position also available
