Reporting Directly to the Director of Global Customer Success, you take charge of an valuable book of 15+ Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts worth around the $2.5mil ARR.
Working with a highly intelligent and data centric platform, you will help fantastic clients drive optimised process and see ultimate value for the platform.
A role of many hats, you'll work closely with product, professional services and be fully involved in commercial discussions.
High–level you will:
Manage a book of circa 15 customer accounts with over $2.5M ARRProactively map customer accounts to identify expansion opportunitiesCreate close–knit relationships with multi–level stakeholders within your account baseSupport the Director of Customer Success with customer feedback, acting as the 'voice of the customer'Help customers realise their potential within the platform ensuring clear success plans are mappedInsert your approach here This isn't a typo You'll shape your approach based on your experience To be considered you'll have:
Proven experience operating as a Customer Success Manager for a start–up SaaS businessCommercial CS/ Account Management experience with evidence of account expansionConfidence and ownership of your success metricsA data–driven approach and ability to present this to multi–level individualsA track–record of achieving targets/ KPI's The Package:
