Description

A leading educational consultancy-based business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Customer Success Executive to join their team.

Our client is an ethical, edtech company providing an online career guidance platform for customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, will be able to learn and teach others about their products and will be able to engage with customers at all levels.

Due to the location, you must be a driver.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to customers via telephone and email To be fully conversant with the product suite to deliver support and assistance Raise new licences and create new accounts Demonstrate the product and its features to new and existing customers via online sessions Proactively engage customers to increase engagement and adoption of the product Action or assign tickets to relevant inhouse teams Managing a list of customers to monitor usage, issues and overall engagement Proactively reach out to customers Prepare training materials for publication on the support site

Tech savvy with a genuine interest in software and products Experience in a customer success executive role Eagerness to learn and keep up to date with products Hands-on and with a can do attitude Organised and structured Passionate about customer support High attention to detail and ability to understand technical information Able to cope under pressure with good time management Comfortable in a small yet expanding organisation Full, clean driving licence and car
