Our client is a scale-up SaaS business based in Bedford. They're looking for a confident and motivated person to join their Customer Success team. You will play a crucial part in ensuring your customers' success by building strong relationships, addressing enquiries, and providing exceptional guidance for use of their platform.
This is a proactive and reactive role and is perfect for you if you're focussed on customer satisfaction and engagement!
Our client offers a great benefits package, including a shorter working week - this is flexible and can be 5 shorter days, or 4 full days.
As Customer Success Executive, your duties will include:
Customer Onboarding: Guide customers through the setup and implementation process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals. Regularly communicate with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns or issues promptly.Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of your products/services to effectively guide customers on best practices and solutions.Training and Support: Provide training sessions to clients, both one-on-one and through webinars, to enhance their understanding of your products and maximise their usage.Monitoring Customer Health: Track and analyse customer usage and engagement data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Experience in Client Success or service delivery rolesStrong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growthTechnical proficiency with relevant tools (G-Suite, Slack, Excel, Keynote, Hubspot etc.)Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced environmentExcellent communication skillsAbility to build strong relationships
