An environmental management software solution helping organisations manage operations, whilst collecting data allowing for strategically optimal decisions.
The Role:
Work very closely with the CSM, Account Managers and Implementation, the Customer Success Executive will deliver service excellence to the book of c.100 highly valuable accounts.
The CS function is still fairly new and so your efforts will help define and refine how Customer Success operates and delivers.
With a focus on usage and adoption, key to your role will be understanding where value can be added to the client base. Assess data, highlight insights, delight clients and drive both a strong NPS and Health Score.
The ideal Candidate:
A self-motivated and proactive professional who is keen to take initiative and own the role!Previous experience in a client facing, B2B role such as Account Management, Customer Success or Business Development.A customer centric approach with strong client acing skills.Data savvy, able to interpret raw data and turn it into insight.Prior experience working with Public Sector or within Environmental services is desirable.Prior experience of using BI or analytics software is desirable.
