Summary of the role:

Language Proficiency: The role requires fluency in both Swedish and English, encompassing reading, writing, and translation skills between the two languages.Work-Life Balance:5 hour weeks with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5 pm, the role prioritizes a healthy work-life balance by avoiding evening or weekend shifts that could impact personal and family time.Key Role in Communication: As a team member, you will play an integral part in facilitating communication and providing assistance to our valued overseas policyholders.Accessible: Situated in Salisbury, our location offers easy accessibility via train or bus, along with nearby car parking facilities. What you'll be doing:

As the designated point of contact for the OLAB (Overseas Life Assurance Business) team, the role involves handling Swedish language-related requirements. This includes collaborating with policyholder and IFA networks in Sweden. Dealing with all policy related queries.Responsibilities encompass translating client and company literature into Swedish, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication of complex or legal nuances.Efficiently supporting OLAB customers, including Swedish customers and IFAs, through phone, email, and system-generated tasks is crucial.You will be maintaining productivity and quality benchmarks, understanding administered contracts, and staying updated on relevant legislation. What we're looking for:

Proficiency in both Swedish and English languages, encompassing reading, writing, and translating abilities between the two.Teamwork - We believe that a great team needs great people who are passionate about helping people and providing great service as one team.Listening and communication skills are core to what we do. You will need to be able to communicate complex matters in a simple and supportive way.Someone who can quickly understand the customer need and place a real focus on resolving issues and queries effectively and empathetically.Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) together with attention to detail are essential for these roles.
