Summary of the role:

As the designated point of contact for the OLAB (Overseas Life Assurance Business) team, the role involves handling Swedish language-related requirements. This includes collaborating with policyholder and IFA networks in Sweden. Dealing with all policy related queries.Responsibilities encompass translating client and company literature into Swedish, ensuring regulatory compliance and clear communication of complex or legal nuances.Efficiently supporting OLAB customers, including Swedish customers and IFAs, through phone, email, and system-generated tasks is crucial.You will be maintaining productivity and quality benchmarks, understanding administered contracts, and staying updated on relevant legislation.
