Summary of a Customer Services OperativeThe main role of a Customer Service Operative will be to handle inbound interactions from customers with a vast range of queries ensuring first point resolution for every type of interaction and responding in a friendly, supportive and timely manner.
Responsibilities of a Customer Services Operative
• Inbound Customer Service contact via phone, email and more• Outbound task such as providing customer updates• Helping customer place orders over the phone • Administration work, including data input of customer information and products • Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need
Key competencies of a Customer Services Operative
• Passion to deliver excellent customer service• Excellent organisation skills• Good working knowledge of basic computer programmes• Experience is beneficial to the role, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way
