Reed are exclusively working with a growing and very successful organisation based in Dereham, recruiting for the position of Customer Service Advisor, and looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team on a permanent full time basis.
Working 40 hours per week. You will only ever work 5 days per week. Shift rota basis across Monday to Friday 8am-7pm, every other weekend- Saturdays 8am-5pm and Sundays 10am-4pm.

Responsibilities• Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customer, handling enquiries and providing a great service• Processing quotations, inputting into company records• Building a rapport with customers.• Taking payment and providing confirmation of bookings• Using web chat to respond to customers• Resolving issues
The candidate will have:• Ideally existing office based phone handling experience• Positive can do attitude• High standards of customer service• Great telephone manner• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.• Organisation and time keeping• Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
