Customer Service - Sales Order Processor
Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire
Contract basis: Permanent
Working hours : 8 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid working - split between home & office
3 days office, 2 days home.
MAIN PURPOSES OF JOB:
To provide a first class service by offering professional support and advice on orders, deliveries, queries and new order enquiries. Offering a clear reporting structure for all outstanding orders.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Processing: Processing orders accurately in line with customer requirements and internal processesWork with internal departments to ensure orders are dispatched on time and in fullManage customer's expectations in a proactive manner via telephone/emailHandle customer queries / concerns / complaints effectively, ensuring they are logged in the relevant databasesThird Party Suppliers: Raise PO's on 3rd party suppliers as and when required
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience working in a demanding and fast paced Customer Services environmentAbility to multitask and prioritise workload effectivelyEffective communication skills - verbal & writtenExcellent attention to detailInterpersonal skills and ability to translate customer requirements by asking appropriate questionsProven track record of dealing with and resolving customer concernsExperience of SAP order processing system
