Key tasks of the Customer Service Associate

It is the main task of our Aftersales Associates to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities associated with the day-to-day running of spares and refurbishment contracts. Dealing with both internal and external customers, Associates will be required to adhere to our Quality Assurance Systems and Procedures.
